What to know before you book.
Acne can include blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, cysts or nodules, and different patterns need different care. Some acne-like conditions require a different diagnosis. For that reason, Serveh does not present one facial, light or needling service as a cure for every breakout.
After a skin consultation, cosmetic options may include a suitable facial for surface congestion, LED light therapy as supportive care for some breakout-prone complexions, or microneedling for the appearance of selected post-acne marks once active breakouts are controlled. Results vary and a series may be recommended only where appropriate.
Deep, painful, rapidly worsening or scarring acne—and breakouts that do not improve with appropriate care—should be assessed by a GP or dermatologist. Cosmetic services do not replace diagnosis, prescription treatment or medical advice.

LED and cosmetic facials cannot treat every type of acne, and microneedling is generally not performed over active inflammatory breakouts. Seek medical care for deep or painful lesions, sudden or severe acne, infection, scarring, or any skin change that concerns you.
